It was the second time this year that we went to Manchester, VT to photograph a wedding. They were both at the The Hildene, located in a great location

Hildene, built by Abraham Lincoln’s only son to survive to adulthood, is a museum and wedding venue located in Manchester, Vermont. This historic, 24-room mansion sits on 500 acres and is home to the oldest residential pipe organ in the country. Hildene is also available for corporate receptions. What are your wedding colors and/or themes? I wanted everything to be soft and whimsical – I tried to incorporate colors that worked with the breathtaking beauty of Hildene. My bridesmaids wore a soft blue tulle gown and the flowers were primarily white and green with pops of pink.

My husband and I could go on forever singing Hildene’s praises, but all you need to know is that if you choose Hildene for your wedding, you’re in great hands and you won’t regret it!
